Rose Mini
What you need:
- about 18 Iceberg rose blooms or spray roses
- 1/2 brick of wet pack floral foam
- a silver container about 4 3/4 " Diam and 3 3/4" High
- a pair of pruning sheers
- a produce knife

This arrangement has charm because it is so small, sophistication because silver is timeless and beautiful, and simplicity because it is made with only one type of flower.
Either you can raid Grandma's china hutch to find a small silver container like this one, or it requires going on a treasure hunt to the second hand stores. Oh no, what fun. You will probably need to polish up your silver urn, as it will have the fingerprints and etchings of time on it. You will then cut your floral foam to fit, add water, your roses and you are done.
Well let's begin. This is going to be fun.
"Help, I'm all turned around and what seems up is down!" Turn urn upside down. Press into foam to get a circle with its shape.
Cut around the imprinted circle to get your basic shape.
Check the shape with the urn. See where you need to trim.
Shave the last edges off so the foam will fit snugly into the urn.
Pour water into the urn until it stops taking it. It will drink a lot.
Snip 12-18 roses & buds or use spray roses.
Cut stems to 2 1/2". Place evenly around filling top of urn.
Cover foam completely. Roses should be close together.
She's a beauty, all dressed in white.
