Crystal Bud Vase Arrangement

So you're having a dinner party and you want to have something fun for a centerpiece using just a few blooms that you can quickly cut from your yard.  Well here's the perfect arrangement.  It's fun and it's classy...miniature crystal vases with single stems, arranged on a vintage silver tray. That's the ticket.  By themselves, they are very simple with only one flower but they are elegant and they work well together on a tray because they have a variety of heights and shapes, with some repetition of color and shape.  It's easy.  See how:

Spray Roses and Stock

Are you looking for a contemporary design with a little twist?  Try making this arrangement.  It is made with a rectangular vase that is wider at the top. The shape of the vase helps give a unique shape to the arrangement.  The shape mirrors itself with the flowers.  The geometry is softened a little by Seeded Eucalyptus that hangs over the sides.  For step by step photos and instructions see: http://www.floristinyou.com/sprayroses

Tulip Swirl with Lights

Spring  is here.  It's time for crickets, daffodils, tulips, and iris.  We won't put crickets in this arrangement but we will use tiny lights that may remind you of fireflies.  And we will use small stones like you might find along a creek bed.  This swirl is a fun arrangement and easy to make.  See how:
