This is the second arraignment in this summer's Sunflower series. This arrangement is very economical. It is simple and fun. The flower cost is only $3.00. It uses Tea Leaves as did the first arrangement, but you will learn how to make a different version of a Tea Leaf loop than you did in last week's post. Get your staplers ready.
These Tea Leaves are cut from my yard. Yes, I still have most of them left, even with the recent 114-120 degrees temperatures. The Tea Leaf that wraps around the inside the vase has its stem cut and looks like a tuxedo waistband. The other Tea Leaf rests beneath the vase for display. The Sunflowers are in my favorite vase (purchase here). This vase has style and great lines and because it is very narrow, you don't need many flowers for an arrangement and you can make many different types of arrangements in this vase. If you've been waiting for an easy arrangement to try, maybe you should start with this one. Now, if you have your flowers and tools, let's begin.
